INTERVIEW

We start the process by interviewing the client: understanding is foundamental for our company. Through team work we are able to find the best solution for the commissioned project.

TECHNICAL CONSULTANCY

After the project has been discussed in detail, a technical consultancy takes place, followed by a CAD/CAM drawing with 3D modeling, paying particular attention to product engineering.

MOULD DESIGNING AND PRODUCTION

Production of the prototype and of the definitive mould through CAD modelling. The mould is then assembled and all its components adapted according to its complexity.

THE MOULD

The mould is approved by the client, who can eventually ask for an alteration before proceeding to production.

PRODUCTION

Production starts, according to the issuing volume requested by the client, according to specifics defined during the designing step.
